You leave the call with a working product on your own book, not a mock tour. It keeps founder time on real setups and means the price of Starter is what you pay to see Aktai in action, applied to real client work you keep afterwards.

What if I decide it is not for me?

Cancel any time from your account. Starter is monthly, no lock-in. If you have not shipped a compliant research call to a client by day 15, email [email protected] and we refund the first month in full. After that the plan bills monthly and cancels at the end of the current period.

Can I see the product before signing up?

The onboarding call is the walkthrough, on your own tenant with your real clients. There is no separate demo tour: everything beyond the signup screen is client data, so it stays behind authentication.
