๐Ÿชช

PAN, KRA and Aadhaar KYC

Verify each client with PAN and KRA checks plus Aadhaar verification, built in and running. The identity record is captured before any research reaches them.

โœ๏ธ

Aadhaar e-sign on the agreement

The client signs your client agreement with Aadhaar e-sign. A signed, dated copy lands on the client record, no paperwork to chase.

๐Ÿ“‹

Risk profiling per client

Each client answers a risk profiling questionnaire during onboarding, so what you serve them lines up with who they are. The profile stays on file.

๐Ÿ“„

MITC generation and capture

Generate the Most Important Terms and Conditions per client and capture the client acknowledging them, kept on the record with the rest of the file.

โœ…

Consent capture, logged

Capture the client consent the onboarding flow needs and keep a clean, dated record of who agreed to what and when.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

One client record, every step

KYC, e-sign, risk profile, MITC and consent collect into a single client record. Every step is timestamped and logged, ready before the first note goes out.

Client onboarding FAQ

What does client onboarding involve for a SEBI Research Analyst?

Before a client can receive your research, you need to verify who they are, sign a client agreement, profile their risk, share the Most Important Terms and Conditions, and capture consent. Aktai runs that whole sequence in one flow: PAN, KRA and Aadhaar KYC, Aadhaar e-sign on the agreement, a risk profiling questionnaire, MITC generation and capture, and a logged consent record. The client comes out the other side compliant and on file, ready to receive research.

Does Aktai handle the KYC?

Yes. KYC is built in and live. Each client is verified with PAN and KRA checks plus Aadhaar verification, and the result is written to the client record. You do not stitch together a separate KYC tool. The check runs inside the onboarding flow before the client is marked ready to receive research.

How does the client sign the agreement?

The client signs your client agreement with Aadhaar e-sign during onboarding. The signed, dated copy is stored on the client record alongside the KYC result, the risk profile, the MITC acknowledgement and the consent log, so the full file sits in one place.

What about fees and billing?

Onboarding focuses on getting a client compliant and on file: KYC, agreement, risk profile, MITC and consent. Fee collection is being activated and is optional. Aktai does not promise live automated billing today, the onboarding record is what ships now.

Does Aktai make me compliant?

Aktai gives you the onboarding workflow and the record: PAN, KRA and Aadhaar KYC, Aadhaar e-sign, risk profiling, MITC capture and consent, every step logged. Compliance itself stays your responsibility as the registered Research Analyst. Aktai is the infrastructure and the record, not a substitute for your own compliance judgement. This is not legal advice.
